Description

Wedge Windows – Anti-Reflection & Beam Deviation for Optical Systems

Detailed Description:

Wedge Windows are plane-parallel optical substrates with a small angular wedge (typically 0.5° – 10°) between the two surfaces, designed to eliminate ghost reflections and prevent interference patterns in optical systems. The wedge angle causes reflected light to be deviated out of the optical path, making them ideal for protecting sensitive detectors, lasers, and imaging sensors while maintaining high transmittance.
