Roof Prisms – Image Erection & Beam Folding

 

Detailed Description:

Roof Prisms (Amici Prisms) feature a “roof” structure of two perpendicular reflective surfaces, which invert and revert the image while folding the optical path by 90°. They are widely used in binoculars, telescopes, and periscopes to erect inverted images and compact the system size.
